When registering the Software I get the message 'Activation Failed : Code 100' ?

Answer:

1. The License ID & Password is case specific.
Be sure the Password is exactly as shown on the e-mail or letter giving the details.
It's usually best to copy and paste from the e-mail if possible.

2. TESS needs to be connected to the Internet to license the software.

3. There may be a Fire Wall blocking the software access to the Internet.
Adjust the fire wall setting to allow TESS to communicate with the License Server.

4. If the above do not solve the issue the Software can be registered by telephone.
Please call 01275 372537 when you are at your computer where the software has been installed.
