Can
I update the TESS software with the FTSE 250 companies but
continue to run the CTI scanner for the FTSE 100 ?
Answer:
YES.
Firstly
recommend using TESS version 4.0.26. Download
from Here.
There is an Auto FTSE updater which will install and maintain
the FTSE100 and 250 if required.
The
manual method would be:
Click 'Data'
Click 'Import IEASE Data'
Tick 'FTSE250'
Click 'Import'
Having
done this when you click 'Update' in the future the FTSE250
stocks will also be updated.
The FTSE100 stocks can still be scanned without any other
stocks as the scanner is controlled by a 'Worksheet' list
which can contain just the FTSE100.
One
can also import any stock from the LSE that you want that
may not be in either FTSE250 or FTSE100 :
Click 'File'
Click 'New Chart'
Click 'New IEASE Stock'
Tick 'All'
Select the stock you want and open the chart.
