There
only seems to be one tool bar at the top of the TESS screen.
Answer:
Tool bars can get misplaced when moving them around the
screen.
To reset
the tool bars:
Click Tools.
Click Reset Toolbars.
All the original tools should return.
Notes:
The normal Tool Bar setup is:
Show : Standard Tools, Indicators, and Drawing Tools
Not Show : All TES Bars
The 'All TES Bars' tool bar is an older version of the TES
bar selection
