All the bars in the chart appear very small.

Answer:
A
TESS auto scales the chart area to fit the currently displayed data.
If there is an incorrect price in a chart, say out by a factor of 10, then this will have an effect on the scaling of the rest of the chart.

In the TESS Main Screen, Click 'Maintenance', then Click 'View Data'.
The incorrect data may then be obvious in the listings.
If incorrect data is found it can be corrected using the data editor or contact your data supplier.

B
TESS auto scales the chart to fit most drawn items on the chart. i.e. Extensions and Retracements. If an extension has been placed on a chart with a value much greater or much less than the price bars, the chart will be scaled accordingly. Using the eraser delete the drawn items on the chart at the high or low values if not required. The chart will then rescale without them.
