the bars in the chart appear very small.
Answer:
A
TESS auto scales the chart area to fit the currently displayed
data.
If there is an incorrect price in a chart, say out by a
factor of 10, then this will have an effect on the scaling
of the rest of the chart.
In the
TESS Main Screen, Click 'Maintenance', then Click
'View Data'.
The incorrect data may then be obvious in the listings.
If incorrect data is found it can be corrected using the
data editor or contact your data supplier.

TESS auto scales the chart to fit most drawn items on the
chart. i.e. Extensions and Retracements. If an extension
has been placed on a chart with a value much greater or
much less than the price bars, the chart will be scaled
accordingly. Using the eraser delete the drawn items on
the chart at the high or low values if not required. The
chart will then rescale without them.
