Is
it possible to view chart data 'off-line' ?
A. Lost Internet Connection
If a chart is already open and the Internet connection is
lost the chart will remain usable on the screen however
it will not update with fresh data. When the internet connection
is restored the data stream may not return to the chart
and there will be a gap in the data. It is therefore advisable
to refresh the charts.
B.
Chart analysis whilst away from an Internet connection.
There is an export facility in RTTESS to save the chart
bar data in an ASCII data file for use outside the software.
The data saved is static and will not be updated. There
is currently no facility to import the data back into the
software or to read a static data file from a third party
source.
