How
do the 'Bars Requested' relate to 'Bars Received' after
a Holiday period ?
RTTESS requests data from the server by 'Number of Days'.
This is formulated from the Number of Bars requested, but
is only approximate.
(It
is approximate as some markets trade 24 hours, some less)
After
a holiday period one needs to increase the number of bars
to retrieve data prior to the holiday period
As there
are 1440 minutes in a day a four day holiday may require
a request for some 5000 bars to reach the period before
a long weekend, for a 1 minute chart.
This
effect is less noticeable with larger time frames.
