Possible Solution 1 :
On very rare occasions, a machine has a feature called Data Execution Prevention (or DEP) enabled for all programs.
The vast majority of computers only have this feature enabled for essential Windows programs only.

To determine if this is what is happening here, follow the steps here:

1. Go to the Control Panel.
2. Double-click "System" which brings up a new dialog.
3. Click on the "Advanced System Settings" under "Tasks" on the left, which will also bring up a new dialog.
4. Click the "Advanced" tab.
5. Click the top-most "Settings..." button (under the "Performance" section), which will open another dialog
6. Click the "Data Execution Prevention" tab.

If the option to enable the feature for all programs is set, try setting it to essential Windows programs only, reboot, and re-run the application.
If the problem persists, please let us know and also inform us of the service pack level of the machine and the processor which is being used.

If this does not solve the issue please contact Software Support.
Do mention that you have seen this FAQ and it has not solved the issue.
