Error
Message received - 'Run Time Error 339'
This
message usually means that a system file needed by the software
is missing on your computer or is incorrect.
The message usually states the name of the file that is
causing the problem.
For the solution refer to the list below

This is a file supplied with the IQfeed software, which
RTTESS uses to retrieve data.
This message would indicate that the IQfeed software has
not been installed yet.
