IQfeed server issues - Re Booting the computer 'may' help
When logging onto the data feed a server is selected by the IQfeed software from which it collects the historical and current data. If there is a problem at the server end it may not be able to respond - an error message may then be displayed.
Switching the computer OFF then back ON, (full re boot) allows the software to select a different data server. This may or may not resolve the issue as the selection process is somewhat random. Please contact IQfeed for further assistance.

---------------------------------------------------------
If the items on the list above do not solve the issue please contact IQfeed who should be able to assist. When contacting IQfeed, mention that the software cannot connect to the History Server after successfully logging in and their support staff should be avble to provide assistance.

Note: Internet Explorer settings can be reset using the procedure below:
Right Click 'Internet explorer'
Click 'Properties'
Click 'Advanced' tab
Click 'Restore Defaults'
The reboot the computer.
