To activate a target value do prices need to be equal to or greater than the target ?

The target figures are calculations on percentages and are stored as exact figures.
They are however displayed rounded to the nearest PIP value.

The criteria is usually based on breaking the 'exact figure'.
This could result in being either the same as or greater than a target figure depending on whether a figure has been rounded up or down.

Considering the speed of Market Moves, differences in Spread Bet figures and Slippage etc the above is usually insignificance.
