Error
: "Error Initialising Chart Code: 380"
If you get the error "Error Initialising Chart Code:
380" when loading a new chart it may be there is
a Font missing on your computer that is used for the Scales
on the charts.
The
default font used for RTTESS is called 'Small Fonts'
Solution
A
Click 'Ignore' when the error message shows.
If the 'Select Font' window shows then select a suitable
font to be used for the scales in the charts. This may cause
the software to close.
Restart RTTESS and load a fresh chart to see if the issue
has been resolved.

In the main screen of RTTESS,
Click 'Settings'
Click 'Preferences'
Click 'Change' Chart Scale Font
Select an alternative Font
Load a fresh chart to see if the issue has been resolved.
