When
registering the Software I get the message 'Activation Failed
: Code 100' ?
1. The
License ID & Password is case specific.
Be sure the Password is exactly as shown on the e-mail or
letter giving the details.
It's usually best to copy and paste from the e-mail if possible.
2. RTTESS
needs to be connected to the Internet to license the software.
3. There
may be a Fire Wall blocking the software access to the Internet.
Adjust the fire wall setting to allow RTTESS to communicate
with the License Server.
4. Use
the ID and password supplied for the RTTESS software. This
is not the same as the details for the web site access,
data feed or trading accounts.
5. If
the above do not solve the issue please contact Software
Support.
