Does it matter what 'Regional Settings' I have on my computer.

The software requires a 'Dot' to be used for the Decimal Point.
This can be achieved by setting the regional settings to English (UK)

In order to work out the PIP values from the data the software has to examine the price data which is in an ASCII format.
If the software was also programmed to also recognize a 'comma' as a decimal point there would be no way of differentiating between the figures above 1,000 and the decimal places.
Therefore at this moment in time we have to opt to only use the 'dot' character as the decimal point.
Therefore to get the Pips to show correctly in RTTESS the decimal point must be represented by a 'dot'.

Notes:
To alter the regional settings,
Click 'Start'
Click 'Control Panel'
Dbl Click 'Regional Settings'
Under 'Regional Settings' select English (UK)
