'Corrupt Installation' reported when installing the Software.

Answer 1
If your computer has been set up with Multi Users, you may need to log in to your computer as System Administrator for the software to be installed.

Answer 2
If a 'Corrupt Installation' is reported when installing our software from the web site, it could be because the installation file has not downloaded fully, i.e. only part of the file.

To solve this, delete the file that has been downloaded and then download the file again.
Check the file size is as quoted on the web (if available)
TESS full installation files are usually about 8mb and the update files about 2mb.

If the first file is not deleted before trying again the computer may think it has already downloaded the file and will just say it has been downloaded successfully, when in fact it is still just the 'part' file on your computer.

If you are unable to delete the downloaded file try saving the file to a fresh location, or running the file from the web rather than saving it. If none of this works then you may need to delete the 'Temporary Internet Files' from 'Internet Explorer'.

Notes:
To delete the downloaded file.
Used Windows explorer to locate the file.
Right Click the file.
Then click 'Delete' on the drop down list
