Can
you change the bar colours to Green for Up and Red for Down
?
No.
The colour of all the Bars can be altered but not have different
colours for 'up' and 'down'.
This is because we use bar colours for the 'TESS' bars indicating
Professional Activity.
It would be a conflict.
