When trying to load a New Chart the 'Load Chart' button is grayed out.

When opening a new chart the 'Load Chart' button will be grayed out until a connection has been obtained with the IQfeed software. It may that the IQfeed Login has been completed but that the communication between RTTESS and IQFeed has not been established.

Below is a list of things that can effect the connection
1. Firewall Settings
2. Internet Explorer Settings
3. Slower than expected Broadband connection.
4. Using Wireless Broadband connection (Wired is preferred)
5. If using VISTA, depending on your system setup, RTTESS may need to be 'Run as Administrator'.
6. Computer Re-Boot can help in certain cases (e.g. after an unexpected software closure)

If the items on the list above do not solve the issue please contact IQfeed who should be able to assist. When contacting IQfeed, mention that the "Load Chart button remains greyed out after
successfully logging in" and their support staff should be aware of what is required to provide assistance.

One can try loading the IQfeed software before starting RTTESS.
Click 'Start'
Click 'All Programs'
Click 'IQFeed 4.?.?.?' (number varies)
Click 'IOQLink Launcher'
Click 'Start IQLink'
Connect to IQfeed, then run RTTESS

Note: Internet Explorer settings can be reset using the procedure below:
Right Click 'Internet explorer'
Click 'Properties'
Click 'Advanced' tab
Click 'Restore Defaults'
The reboot the computer.
