When
will I get the full ID & Password for TESS Real Time.
An e-mail
is sent, with the ID and Password to fully activate RTTESS,
after the evaluation period.
The software has been designed to run a few days extra to
allow time for the e-mail to be received.
If there is no e-mail address the information will be sent
by post.
If you do not receive either and your software expires,
contact software support.
In the
mean time just click the 'Evaluate' option to run the software.
There is no difference in the functionality of the software
in either mode.
If there
is No 'Evaluate' option please contact software
support and mention that you have viewed this FAQ do
not have an 'Evaluate' option active on your software.
Note :The ID and Passwords supplied for the IQfeed data
and the Members area of the web site are not for activating
RTTESS. The details for each are separate and not interchangeable.
