From Windows, Click 'Start'
Click 'All Programs'
Click 'RTTESS'
Click 'UtilitiesRT'
Click 'YES' to Agree to the License Agreement
Then
Run RTTESS
A further
error may then be received which may refer to a specific
file.
Make a note of the error message.
Then Click Here for
a selection of patch files which should resolve the issue.
