Error
Message received - Program Not Responding
When
the software loads a new chart,
it first retrieves the historical bar data from the IQFeed.
The Chart is then displayed.
Then the software retrieves the Tick Data for the last few
days.
This data is used to create the Volume in the FOREX data.
The
Tick Data can take a moment to import fully.
If the chart is altered by changing the Time Period for
the chart whilst the tick data is being imported in some
instances it can cause the software to get stuck and not
respond.
To prevent
this happening try to avoid switching time frames until
the chart has loaded fully.
(If volume is displayed in the volume window then the chart
is complete.)
